Maxim has over 20 years of experience specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial leasehold and freehold/investment assets throughout Central London. Acting for landlords, occupiers and HNWIs, Maxim has extensive experience in a range of competencies such as development consultancy and viability, development appraisals, refurbishment advice, leasing, marketing strategy and tenant advisory. Advising on behalf of key clients such as Berkeley Estate Asset Management, Caprice Holdings, LandSec, Davidson Kempner Partners London, Ashby Capital, Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe Ltd, CBRE Investment Management, Delahunty Fine Art and Sir Richard Sutton Estates.

Alex has 10 years of experience in Central London commercial real estate and is a member of the RICS. He focuses on the acquisition and disposal of commercial leasehold and freehold interests, alongside providing strategic property advice to owners, occupiers and developers. Acting for notable clients such as Berkeley Estate Asset Management, CBRE Investment Management, Ashby Capital, LandSec, Westminster CC, Sir Richard Sutton Estates, Delahunty Fine Art, Mansford Real Estate, Mitsubishi Power Systems and DS Smith Plc.

Joe started his professional career with EiA Real Estate after graduating from Oxford Brookes University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. Joe advises primarily on the acquisition and disposal of office leasehold interests. Working with clients such as Berkeley Estate Asset Management, CBRE Investment Management, Ashby Capital and Sir Richard Sutton Estate. He is currently undertaking his APC to become a member of the RICS.

Mathew has over 30 years’ experience of advising clients in respect of matters that include rent reviews, lease renewals, third party referrals, lease restructures and transactional support. He predominantly specialises in Central London offices, educational and medical premises. Mathew has acted for both landlords and occupiers over the years, including Berkeley Estate Asset Management, Landsec, British Land, Government Property Agency, Bain Capital Ltd, Aviva, Dorrington, Endurance Land, Grainger Trust, Nuveen, Heineken, Westbrook Partners and Regent’s University.

Gavin started his career in 1988 and has been a specialist in the leisure property sector for more than 30 years. Previously, Gavin was head of Avison Young’s UK Leisure Business Unit, Managing Director of GVA’s Retail, Hotels and Leisure Business Unit and Managing Director of specialist leisure boutique, Humberts Leisure. Gavin was the retained leisure property adviser to a leisure and media VCT and he has also acted as secondee to a regulated investment firm. He deals with a diverse range of clients and leisure property sub-sectors and carries out lease advisory and Landlord & Tenant work, viability studies, sales and purchases, valuations and acts as an Expert Witness in relation to specialist leisure property matters. He is a member of the Entertainment Leisure Forum (EFL) and has been an RICS Councillor.
